xmlDraft is at it's heart a W3C XML Schema Editor. The text editor within xmlDraft is designed to facilitate the creation of XML schemas. With features such as Tag Insight, Tag Completion, and Syntax Highlighting, xmlDraft's Schema editor will help the basic needs of the developer.
However, xmlDraft's most unique feature has to be the Instance Tree. XML Schemas can be difficult to read and understand, and to reduce this complexity, xmlDraft offers the ability to view a mockup of an instance document in the Instance Tree. This tree shows the abstract concepts of simpleType and compleType and sequence, etc, as easy to read Elements and Attributes. Plus, this tree is fully editable.
