This is a new one, typically the AVs happen on close of the application due to the destruction order of the objects a bit confused. Can you supply more details? Such as how the document was create (was it opened/modified/etc). The more details we get, the quicker we can fix the problem.

We've recently discovered some other bugs that occur the very first time xmlHack is used on a new machine. The AVs you are experiencing may be due to these bugs. We've fixed them and they will be available in the next release (probably ver. 1.0.0.0).
