I wanted to post this here first to see if our users are interested in such a tool or not. We are currently working on a Flat File Editor that uses xmlLinguist's translation capabilities. One where you *can* open a flatfile, then using an xmlLinguist map, it parses the file and displays it as an editable treeview. You can edit any fields you want (though you cannot add new rows) and resave the file.
